Road-Specific Towed snow blower (self-powered)

I. General Requirements:

1. The snow blower can be installed on a 50-ton loader and can quickly interchange with the loader's bucket.

2. The entire snow blower equipment consists of the working performance section, engine section, control system section, auger drive section, impeller drive section, snow throwing trough section, and safety protection section.

 3. Custom sizes are supported.

II. Working Performance:

1. The snow blower's work efficiency is ≥1800 tons per hour;

2. The snow thrower's throwing distance is ≥0-12 meters;

3. The snow blower's lateral throwing distance is ≥12 meters;

4. The snow blower's collection width is ≥3000 mm;

5. The snow blower's collection height is ≥900 mm;

6. The snow blower's net weight is ≥1400 kg.

III. Engine Section:

1. The snow blower is equipped with its own 490 Yunnai turbocharged diesel engine or 6105 Caterpillar power unit;

2. The engine is from a well-known international brand;

3. The engine power is ≥77HP; ≥150HP;

4. The engine power section includes a preheating device;

5. The engine is equipped with an automatic protection device.

IV. Control System Section:

1. Wireless remote control capability;

2. Equipped with an emergency stop button;

3. Fitted with working indicator light装置.

V. Auger Drive Section:

1. The snow blower features a single-auger structure;

2. The auger blades are fully welded to the drive shaft;

3. The diameter of the auger blades is ≥430mm;

4. Equipped with a separate clutch;

5. Sealed hydraulic cylinder;

6. Gear and chain drive mechanism.

VI. Impeller Drive Section:

1. The main impeller diameter is ≥560mm.

VII. Snow Throwing Trough Section:

1. The snow thrower's rotating angle is ≥300°;

2. The diameter is ≥260mm.
