Working Principle

The vehicle-mounted snow shovel, utilizing the vehicle's move forward momentum, adjusts

the snow shovel's left and right deflection angle to a position between ±35° and ±30°.

The curvature, tilt angle, and travelling speed of the snow shovel swiftly push the

snow to the side of the road.

Feature and advantage

Automatic obstacle avoidance: When the snow shovel encounters obstacles during operation, the snow shovel blade automatically flips forward due to the obstacle resistance greatly exceeding the pressure of the compression spring. After the obstacle passes, the blade quickly resets under the pressure of the return pressure spring and can continue working.

Automatic yaw. When the vehicle is moves forward, the snowboard can closely adhere to the road surface with the inclination angle of the road surface, always achieving a close fit with the road surface. Make the blade surface wear evenly and not easily damage the road surface.

Made of 65Mn steel. This material is quenched and high-temperature tempered, and its hardness reaches HRC50-55, achieving high strength and wear resistance.

Equipped with a throttle valve, it can effectively adjust the telescopic speed of the hydraulic cylinder.

Equipped with a self-locking device: When installing a snow shovel, simply align the vehicle connection frame with the self-locking device of the snow shovel, which allows for quick and convenient installation and removal of the snow shovel.

With quick-connect plate: The quick-connect plate allows for swift changes between different types of Snow Removal Equipment, saving manpower and material resources.
