The Snow Blower is a robust, two-stage Snow Removal Machine, meticulously engineered to endure rigorous conditions for extended periods, even in extreme cold environments as low as -40°F. Engineered for front-end loader attachment, this high-performance snow blower is capable of crushing and clearing an impressive 3,000 tons per hour of various snow types, including wet, heavy, and densely packed frozen snow. Equipped with oversized 27-inch dual solid augers and a 40-inch impeller, this snowblower is designed to effortlessly handle substantial snowfalls and significant snow buildups.

Feature and advantage

u The snow thrower device comes in two types and is equipped with snow-throwing/loading cylinders, compatible with 50 series (i.e., 5-ton class) loaders, featuring a loader attachment mechanism for quick interchange with the loader bucket.

u The two-stage model features a spiral cutting snow conveyor as the first stage and a turbine blade snow thrower as the second stage. The three-stage fixed-point snow thrower/loader has a compact and square design. It includes a hydraulic 270° rotation capability with an outlet angle of at least 270° and hydraulic adjustment for lifting, reaching a maximum height of 3.8 meters.

u It is equipped with a cold-start device, a rain guard for the parking system, automatic alarms for low coolant level and high cooling system temperature, a dry air filter with an indicator and movable door, and a muffler for the exhaust air.

u The spiral-shaped snow thrower can be swiveled left or right at an angle of ±45°, with adjustments controlled from the cab.

u The cab contains a working instrument display panel, control operating handle, and an independent hydraulic system, enabling all operations to be performed from within the cab.

u It is equipped with a screw snow cutter safety pin. The lower part of the snow thrower features two end skids, two front adjustable skids, and two rear adjustable skids. The reduction gear, transmission mechanism, and gearbox are all oil-immersed for protection and lubrication.

u The engine is equipped with malfunction reminder systems that included speed, fuel level(high and low), and various safety alarm etc..
