Equipment Overview

The Snow blower is a powerful two-stage snow removal machine, carefully designed to withstand harsh conditions for long durations, even in extremely cold temperatures down to -40°F. Designed for attachment to a front-end loader, this high-performance snow blower can crush and clear up to 3,000 tons of various types of snow per hour, including wet, heavy, and tightly compacted snow. It is fitted with large 27-inch dual solid augers and a 40-inch impeller, making it well-suited to handle heavy snowfall and significant snow accumulation.

Features and Benefits

• The snow thrower is available in two models and includes snow-throwing/loading cylinders that are compatible with 50 series (i.e., 5-ton class) loaders. It has a quick-attachment mechanism for easy switching with the loader bucket.

• The two-stage model includes a spiral cutting snow conveyor as the initial stage and a turbine blade snow thrower as the second stage. The three-stage fixed-point snow thrower/loader has a compact, square design and features a hydraulic 270° rotation capability with an outlet angle of at least 270° and hydraulic adjustment for lifting, able to reach a maximum height of 3.8 meters.

• It includes a cold-start system, a rain shield for the parking system, automatic warnings for low coolant levels and high cooling system temperatures, a dry air filter with an indicator and movable door, and a muffler for exhaust air.

• The spiral-shaped snow thrower can pivot left or right by ±45°, with adjustments controlled from the cab.

• The cab is equipped with a working instrument display panel, control operating handle, and an independent hydraulic system, allowing all operations to be managed from inside the cab.

• It features a screw snow cutter safety pin. The lower part of the snow thrower has two end skids, two front adjustable skids, and two rear adjustable skids. The reduction gear, transmission mechanism, and gearbox are all oil-submerged for protection and lubrication.

• The engine is fitted with malfunction indicator systems, including reminders for speed, fuel level (high and low), and various safety alarms.
